To create fraud awareness, we are running a SMS campaign where we will be sending 1 text message per day until Saturday 19th November to members. Each text message will outline what your Credit Union will or will not do when contacting you in relation to debit card transactions.
TIP 1: Your Credit Union will NEVER call, email or text you asking you to provide your one time passcode or debit card information in order to confirm recent transactions.
