At our Special General Meetings held on the 14h May 2025, our members and the members of North Longford & Arva Credit Union voted to approve the special resolutions for North Longford and Arva CU to transfer its engagements to North Midlands Credit Union.
The operational transfer process will now begin to take place and will be completed over the coming weeks. North Longford & Arva CU will cease to operate as a stand-alone credit union on 4th June 2025 and will open as a branch on North Midlands CU on 10th June 2025.
We thank all our members who attended the SGM and took part in voting for this approval, and place their trust in our Board, management & staff. We sincerely appreciate your continued support and engagement as we advance toward the continued growth and strategic expansion of credit union services in the North Midlands.
